Home Boy got his name because he came into foster-care with a vet record that called him Stray Cat – not at all right for such an affectionate, tranquil, home-loving little guy. Home Boy has tested positive for FIV (the feline equivalent of HIV), so he needs to be an only cat, or with other FIV positive cats. He gets along fine with several other FIV-postive cats. Home Boy was probably born about 2003; since coming into foster-care in the summer of 2005, he’s been in excellent health.  He has been neutered.

Home Boy will be placed as an indoor cat only, and an application is required. To get an application form or for more information, please e-mail mmgrow@yahoo.com or call 207-968-2121. There is no adoption fee, but donations are appreciated to help care for other stray cats.
