The
dogs you see on the following pages are only a few
of the ones we actually have at the Shelter. At any
given time we take care of 25-30 dogs. We usually do not
put them on our website until they are neutered, or
spayed, and have developed, or improved, their social
skills needed to interact with humans. Depending on the
dog and its history, socialization can take from a few
weeks to several months.
However,
if you have patience and are willing to adopt one of
these dogs before they are socialized, this will open a
spot in the Shelter, and it would give us a chance to
rescue another unlucky dog. So just give us a call and
set up an appointment. We would be happy to show you the
rest of the canine gang. |
